How much do cranio-sacral treatments cost ?
This is an easy question to answer - each one hour session costs £40.
Treatments last approximately one hour, with around 50 to 55 minutes of actual hands-on therapy.
A whole hour can be too long for babies and small children, in this case half hour treatments for £20 are available after the first treatment. (This session would have around 20 minutes of actual hands-on therapy)
How many cranio-sacral treatments will I need?
This is a crucial and more difficult question to answer. We are all unique in our body structures and personal life experiences; we have all had our own individual and unique selection of knocks, blows and traumas.
Babies react to CST very quickly and so may need just one session, however, the grown-ups amongst us might reasonably expect to need between two and six CST sessions. Some maybe less and some, unusually, maybe more.
I encourage and help clients from the very beginning of their treatments to plan and schedule their own, individual appointment intervals. I do not offer any “packaged” fixed length treatment courses because, in my experience, it is impossible to predict the number of treatments that will be required. I encourage clients to decide themselves when, or if, they require further CST treatments and of course I will be very happy to help you decide on your treatment strategy. Sometimes it feels good to book a series of treatments, but then again, sometimes it feels better to “see how it goes”.
